There are several Paseo's in Bangkok, but we are talking about the Paseo in Lat Krabang.

The Paseo is a small, two-story shopping mall with a number of shops, primarily clothing, and a few restaurants, ranging from Thai cuisine to Japanese and McDonald's. There are also banks, language schools, several massage parlors, a food court, and a large supermarket primarily aimed at Western visitors.
Almost every evening there's a large night market, also with lots of clothing and food. But there are also food stalls during the day.

It's fun to look around, and it gets very busy in the evening. Many people come to look around and then have a meal.

The mall is very close to the airport, at most a 15-minute drive. There are also more and more hotels nearby.

Compared to our visits during our previous trip to Thailand, we've noticed during our visits this trip that a number of restaurants have disappeared, and more and more retail spaces are becoming vacant.
We can only speculate on the cause, but it's a fact that shopping centers, both large and small, are popping up in the area.
